One of the key points of our success wasn't that we never ran into problems, it was that when a problem came, we knew that the problem wasn’t the reason why we started. We started because we simply had to. We saw a need, and we had a vision. When you combine those two motives you really don’t have a choice but to do it, and do it like if you don’t have a choice but too. You make it your mission to keep growing. So here we are, ExSuites, a journey later, offering a space for people with a vision to turn it into their reality.
One of our core beliefs is growth! We say if you are not growing, you are dying. Now give me a minute to explain… Growing looks different everyday, and it doesn’t always show itself the same way. But growth is always present. Growth doesn’t give up, instead, it finds a way through the storm to make it happen. Here at ExSuites, you get a feeling of a business that will keep growing. And the more we push to grow and expand, the more our community will grow with us. The people that have their suite at ExSuites are on a mission of growth!
We saw tenants start with a few clients, to be booked constantly and have to rent a bigger suite in our building to accommodate for more space. We also saw a duo service of two women offering lashes-and-nails, working together under one suite, they get kept working and growing, to the point that they now offer the same duo service, but each with their own suite.

We are on the constant lookout for bettering our service, offering more exposure and hearing your input on ways we can do better. We stand by our statement: “It’s about the American dream– giving people space to make the best of their own businesses.”
