You can ask, what makes us so confident that it is luxury what we are offering? Well, let’s quickly define luxury: according to the Oxford Dictionary the word “Luxury,” stands for “the state of great comfort and extravagant living.”
Let me break down for you how our clients experience EXTRAVAGANT LIVING!
Firstly, we offer 24/7 access to the suites. Are you a night owl who has night owl clients and wants to work during the late night? You have the freedom to do that. Do you have many jobs like a true New Yorker and want to work before or after your other job? Please come do that. Are you just normal? We need you too. All this to say, luxury living is having the freedom to be your own boss and work on the schedule that works for you. Here at ExSuites, you are the boss!
Secondly, you have a 10-5pm front desk associate who can be your first “hello” in the morning. They will be right at your hand for assistance, but will also guide your clients to your suite. At that point, your client just can’t say they couldn’t find your suite!
Furthermore, you are free to decorate your suite as you please, and give it the privacy you desire. With your own personal access code, the suite really becomes just your space. We also offer a once-a-week trash collection service where we go around the suites collecting trash so that is one less thing on your mind!
The most luxurious thing is still yet to come… a Laundry. Yes, New Yorker I said that right. A very own laundry service for the suites so you can wash your towels before your next client. Luxury is cleanness, so we spend a lot of our efforts in keeping the space clean and GOLD as we claim it.
Luxury is also what you make of it. We understand the process of renting your own suite can be daunting. So I’m going to break down for you what we offer:
To move in: Only one-week deposit + one-week rent
Promotion: First two-weeks FREE
Rate: Starting rate at $295/week

Every month we offer a fully sponsored event, by us, with the goal to bring more clientele to the suites! Want to build loyal customers? Invite them to the events at the Suites. Want to find more clients? We market these events just for that reason. We are here to help you grow.
